Looking for advice on my my first road trip, one week in the PNW.

My wife and decided we wanted to try a camper van road trip style vacation this summer, and the PNW has been on our bucket list for a while. We plan on flying into Seattle on Friday evening, June 25th and flying home on Monday July 5th. Our camper van rental is currently booked through Cabana camper vans for that Friday night through Sunday the 4th. We will be staying in a hotel in Seattle for the final night of the trip.

Here's the current rough itinerary:

Friday June 25th
- Fly into SeaTac, catch a ride to Ballard area to pick up the van
- Find somewhere close by to park overnight and get some rest after travelling (open to suggestions)

SaturdayJune 26th
* Catch an early ferry from Edmonds-Kingston
* Potential activities today: Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, Sol Duc Hot Springs and/or waterfall, spending some time in Port Angeles
* Camp overnight somewhere around Forks/La Push

Sunday June 27th
* Potential activities today: Rialto Beach, Hoh Rainforest
* Start driving south towards Oregon, Camp overnight somewhere close to WA/Oregon border

Monday June 28th
* Continue down Highway 101 into Oregon
* Potential activities today: Cape Disappointment, Ecola State Park, Cannon Beach
* Camp overnight somewhere in the Cannon Beach area

Tuesday June 29th
* Continue down Highway 101 towards Newport
* Potential activities today: Cape Falcon/Short Sand Beach, Cape Mears, Cape Lookout Otter Rock/Devil's Punchbowl, Yaquina Head Lighthouse
* Camp overnight somewhere in the Newport area

Wednesday June 30th
* Check out anything we missed in Newport the previous day
* Continue down Highway 101 towards Florence
* Potential activities today: Newport city activities, Cape Perpetua area, Heceta Head Lighthouse, Sea Lion Caves
* Camp overnight somewhere in the Florence area

Thursday July 1st
* Start heading towards Portland early morning
* Stop and play a round of Disc Golf at Milo McIver State Park (I am an avid disc golfer and this is one of the best courses in the world)
* Spend the rest of the day and evening in Portland
* Hit the road towards Mt. Rainier and camp somewhere between Portland and Mt. Rainier

Friday July 2nd and Saturday July 3rd
* Spend the last two days and nights in Mt. Rainier National Park, doing as much as possible between the Paradise and Sunrise areas
* Will likely spend both nights at Ohanapecosh Campground

Sunday July 4th
* Head back to Seattle to drop camper van off by 11 am
* Spend the rest of the day sight seeing in Seattle, catch some fireworks at the end of the night somewhere hopefully

Monday July 5th
* Head to SeaTac to fly home

Looking for some feedback on this route, as well as advice on things to do in some of these locations. My wife and I both enjoy kayaking and would like to work a short kayak outing into the trip somewhere. Also taking recommendations on where to get food and drink in some of the towns and cities we are staying in. We enjoy brew pubs and I'm sure my wife would enjoy checking out a winery at some point. We will likely be looking at staying in campgrounds most nights of the trip but if anyone can recommend some good free spots along the route I'd love to hear about them.

Thank you in advance for any advice and thanks for reading!
