Trip to Europe in July : Flowing with the Universe rather that have a set agenda
The deed is done !! Bought dem tickets into and out of Amsterdam.
Then winging it, no agenda. Will be Europe for about 3 weeks in July.
Only thing that certain is I will go to is Auschwitz and perhaps, Dachau. Has haunted me for a long time. Gotta pay my respects.
Other than that, I'm looking for suggestions amigos. I’m not planning on doing England in this round. Otherwise open.
So what pray are ye suggestions ?
I was going to AirBnB the whole way. Since I’m going with the flow, I’ll be making last minute reservations for the most part.
Will that turn out to be expensive even if it is AirBnb ? I’ll also be looking at Hostels but that also will be last minute obviously.
Am planning on going by trains all over even if means losing time in travel. For me, the train journey is as much fun as visiting a city. I might get to see more of Europe that way also. Also I’ll probably be meeting a lot more people that way and maybe make some good friends. I love meeting people of different nationalities/cultures. So that is part of what I’m looking for. If I find that the train to my chosen destination is already full, I’ll just buy a ticket to a different destination.
I’m a history buff so I might not do the typical Eiffel Tower but more the Coliseum type stuff.
I am open to flying instead of trains if you guys suggest adding a lot of cities to see.
Am gonna flow with the Universe..
