Flixbus

Just had my bus delayed 6hr from Copenhagen to Brussels no compensation no care in the world what an awesome company. They sent everyone a msg every 30 min pushing back the departure time for 6hrs. Meanwhile about 10 of us are stuck in a sketchy street filled with homeless people waiting in the cold. We can't even go inside the near by train station where it's warm because there's not enough time to go and come back due to the constant 30min delays. Our bus finally arrived just before 3am. A couple had to pay €400 to make it in time to catch their train in Brussels, some were stuck waiting with no money and no choice while another traveler and I were about to call it a night and go to a hostel when we decided to give it one last chance.
Once the bus finally came it was filthy with rude drivers. During our first stop they actually left a passenger at a rest stop in the middle of nowhere even with us telling the driver he was not onboard. The next rest stop they actually did a head check (bit late) and guess what there was one person missing.
Now Flixbus is refusing any compensation even though they are legally required to provide compensation for delays greater then 2hrs.
I think this will be my last time using Flixbus.
