This post is directed more towards the experienced traveler but everyone is welcome to contribute.

For me things like finding the best flight, building itineraries, finding accommodation, etc. is all fairly straight forward. Tons of great info out there.

Where I struggle most is with finding live music and sporting events!

Live Music

I love live music but it's often quite difficult to find good information on where to go see bands, what bands are playing and when. Even when I do find a band I might want to see tickets are often available on websites where there is no English option so even with Google Translate it's a bit challenging.

There is not a single website for live music everywhere.

Add a somewhat flexible schedule and it gets downright tough!

Sporting Events

I've always wanted to see a professional football game when I've been in Europe. The problem is the whole league system is just downright confusing! Also, I always seem to be in Europe during the off season.

Finding other sports to attend, again, is not so straight forward.
