14 days in Northern Spain (costal area) - Route ideas?

Hey All!

I'm planning my first tour to the northern coast of Spain.

It should be hike-centric (costal area and some hills, historic buildings maybe a beautiful old city to chill out. I'm fine waling up to 30km/day .) with hotels and hostels mixed and. I'm not yet sure what route to go.

I'll stay in every city/town for about 2.5 days, as 0.5 days are planned for moving to the next.

Ideas for now:

Bilbao (Airport, leaving immediately in the morning as this will be my final destination) -> ? -> Santander -> ? or Poo -> ? or Poo -> Bilbao
