Trekking routes suggestions in Nepal.

Hi All,

I will be going to Nepal in the 1st week of June. I will be landing in Kathmandu, and will be spending two days in Kathmandu. I plan to go around the city, and spend some time in the monasteries.

After spending two days in Kathmandu, I plan to go to Pokhara, and hike for 3-4 days. I know it is not the best time to go trekking in Nepal, but I'm hoping it is still early in the season, and I shouldn't be largely affected by the weather in a short trek. I have looked at short treks such as Poon Hill, Mardi Himal, Mohare Dande and Gurung Heritage trek.

I read the Gurung Heritage trek routes through villages, promoting interaction with and learning more about the locals. Any suggestions on similar treks based on scenery and the experience of the hike would be really useful.
