5.5 Days in Paris itinerary feedback
Hello,
I am visiting Paris in July and was hoping for some feedback on my itinerary specially if too many things packed on certain days. Additionally, if people have feedback on certain days of the week being better for certain activities then that would be great! Our accomodation is in Montmartre.
12th July (Fri)- This is the day we will reach Paris from Wengen in Switzerland. Its a 6 hour train trip in total and will reach Paris at 3pm. Our location is in Montmartre so plan is to check-in and then explore montmartre around 5pm. I've checked that below "walking path" is total 2km but obviously time will be spent in taking it slowly.
-Parvis du Sacré-Coeur, Sacre Coeur, Square Marcel-Bleustein-Blanchet, Musee de montmartre(not going inside), Clos montmartre, La maison rose, Rue l'abreuvoir, Place dalida, Moulin de la galette, Picasso paris studio, Le consulat, Place du tertre, Le mur des je t'aime, L'objet qui parle,rue st rustique, Montmartre cemetery, Moulin rouge (Hopng to catch a show at night)
13th July (Sat)
Trocadero, Avenue de Camoëns, Eiffel tower(not going up), Camp de mars
Musee dorsay (going inside)
Rue de l'universite, Pont alexandre iii, Petit palais, Grand palais,Champs Elysees, Laduree macarons
Arc de Triomphe (Want to climb up around sunset)
14th July Sun
Want to do a St Mont Michel day trip on our own, yes we know its far but really want to do this. Any tips would be great.
15th July Mon
Explore Le marais
Pont Neuf bridge, Sroll along siene and reach Notre Dame (closed), Saint chapelle (will go inside)
Latin quarter, Sorbonne, Pantheon (go inside if getting paris pass)
Jardin du luxembourg
Catacombs of paris
Montparnasse for views (Around sunset time)
16th July Tue
Versaille
17th July Wed
Giverny (This is optional if people think the rest of the itinerary is too packed however do want to visit)
Louvre (6:30pm tour)
