Considering going to Shanghai for about a week in April. I was wondering if there's anything I should watch out for, and anything that is a "must see"

I'm like 5'9", long blonde hair, blue eyes and about 100 lbs. I often have anxiety going anywhere because it was kinda drilled into me as a kid that I'm going to get abducted.

This would be my first solo trip outside the US and I'm pretty nervous about going alone, especially if I were to go somewhere everyone doesn't speak English.
