Mini long weekend in Europe solo, recommendations?

I am a 25F (soon to be 26) and I have this incredible urge to gtfo and go somewhere solo. I'm single for the the first time in 7 years and ready to just do my thing.

I've travelled somewhat solo before to South Africa, but it was on a volunteering programme so the only solo bit reeeally was the travel itself. I'm thinking a long weekend in Europe (I'm from the UK) so as not to get too overwhelmed. But, rightly or wrongly, I'd quite like to go somewhere that's safe for women travelling alone?

Open to ideas and recommendations. I've been to Prague, Paris (although am tempted to venture there again solo and test out my recent duolingo victories), Rome, Florence, San Sebastian.. I'm a huge foody so anywhere that's known for it's food is a plus. I'm absolutely ITCHING to go somewhere.
