Hello! I'm headed solo to Peru March 14-26 and need some advice. I'm thinking one day in Lima, a couple in Cusco and the Inca Trail, ideally Puerto Maldonado pending the weather then down to Puno. I know March is on the tail end of the rainy season so do you think Machu Picchu and Puerto Maldonado will be too rainy to visit? Are there any spots that are pretty great to see, specifically in March? I'd love to check out the Amazon but I feel like that isn't too feasible in March with the rain.
