Planning a big road trip with an RV but have no idea where to start
My parents and little sister are coming over from Europe for the first time to visit me and my wife and they would like to see as much of the US as possible.
They wanted to rent a big RV and take that thing places, having 1 day of driving, 1 day of leisure, 1 day of driving etc.
It'll be during summer, but I imagine that it'd hard to drive a big ol' RV all the way up to Mt Baker for example.
They want to see things like Crater Lake too, which is okay considering they'll be here for a month. Should we go all the way down to Cali? Should we stay in Washington and Oregon?
For those who have done these type of trips with a bigger RV, I imagine it'll be hard to find parking spots, have you had any trouble getting places?
Also, given the length of our trip, what are some must-see things in the PNW that I might miss? I'll take them to Mt Rainier, the Olympics and the rainforest there, but is it worth to take them to places like Leavenworth for example?
