JR Pass or Bus pass for my 2 week trip in late March?

For my travels do you think I should get a Jr pass for the first week then a bus pass for the second week?

First week I'm doing Tokyo (1 night) > Hakone (1 night) > Tokyo (2 nights) > Sapporo (2 nights/flight) > Osaka (3 nights) > Kyoto (1 night) > Tokyo (2 nights).

Tokyo > Hakone > Tokyo I'm not sure yet what I'm doing besides going to an ryokan because I'm going with a friend.

Sapporo and onward I get to do my own thing which includes Osaka castle, Nara Deer Park, Philosopher's Path (maybe bamboo forest).
