45/46 days to go from Cancún to Antigua to Belize and back to Cancún, is there enough time to fit in El Salvador?

I was thinking of breaking up my trip in to:

20 days Mexico (Cancún to Guatemala via San Cristóbal and then Belize to Cancún)

20 days Guatemala (Lago de Atitlán to Antigua to Semuc Champey then Tikal)

5/6 days Belize (San Ignacio & Caye Caulker)

I was wondering though when I am in Antigua is there a reasonable enough time to check out El Salvador? Either Antigua to Playa El Tunco or Santa Ana

I feel like maybe there isn't enough time to fit in a little bit of El Salvador but people have been telling me I have plenty of time though they are the type who did 6 countries in 4 weeks staying a day or 2 tops in places whereas I am trying to unrushed but I wouldn't mind say 3/4 days in El Salvador if it's possible on this itinerary.
