First Road Trip Cross Country to California! Advice!
This is my two week road trip that I'm planning with my wife and young daughter to California in February. Along the way, we'll be spending 1 day outside of Las Vegas at the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam, spending 3 days in Los Angeles, and 1 day in San Francisco.
I'd love to know some of the best sights to see along the way! We're travelling on a budget and this is our first time venturing into the United States from where we live in Canada. I was thinking about trying to spend part of the route driving along the old Historic Route 66 but I've heard that most of it is undriveable. Would love some tips from anybody who has driven along it as to what areas are driveable and if there's any special sights to see along the way.
