Thailand for 3 weeks! - itinerary feedback :)

Hey all,

Will be in Thailand from the 13th April till the 6th May, flying into and out of Phuket.

Late 20's, not into the party scene really, mostly into culture, food, nature etc. With that being said I don't particularly fancy being somewhere too quiet surrounded by oldies!

This is the rough itinerary I have come up with:

Patong Phi Phi Koh Lanta Ao Nang (or Railay?) Fly to Koh Samui Koh Pha Ngan Back to Koh Samui in order to fly to Chiang Mai Chiang Mai Pai Chiang Rai Back to Chiang Mai in order to fly back to Phuket for the flight home

Is this achievable in 3 weeks?

Is there anything I could do to make the itinerary more efficient (I dont like that I have to go back to Koh Samui to fly to Chiang Mai but dont see any other way)

Any other tips or recommendations are appreciated! :)
