[Itinerary] Southeast Asia

I'm planning to do 6-8 weeks in SEA starting around next January. My current rough itinerary is:

Thailand: Fly to Bangkok. Don't plan spending much time there. -> Train or fly? to Chiang Mai. -> Chiang Rai ->

Laos: Luang Prabang ->

Cambodia: Fly to Siem Reab from Luang Prabang. -> Sihanoukville -> Koh Rong / Koh Rong Sanloem -> Phnom Penh ->

Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh -> Nha Trang -> Hoi An -> Hue -> Ha Long Bay -> Hanoi -> Fly back home.

I don't wanna plan too much ahead but how does the rough itinerary sound? Is there too much? Something I should add or remove? Main focus is going to be on Vietnam.
