Is one way cheaper then roundtrip?
Hello, I plan on visiting Poland from NY this summer(June or May) to visit and see friends. I've recently been looking at tickets and it shows that roundtrips are more expensive then one way. I am really happy but I don't want to stay to long and not have enough to come back. However, considering I already have family in France, I do not know if I can use this as an advantage and simply go there if worst case scenario happens(As in, not having enough to pay for a one way trip back but I doubt It'd happen but still, I think its always better to be sure to have a backup plan.). I should have about 1.5-2k in June or may if I am aggressive in saving and working over time.
I'd love as much information as possible since I've been trying to get things in order since early December. From your experience, would it be cost effective to go for one way tickets?
This is my first time so Im planning ahead and making sure I got everything. Thanks for your time, I aprieciate it !
