Food Question
Kind of a weird question, just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this.
I have some pretty heavy food allergies (sesame, most nuts, most beans) and that limits certain types of food I can eat. This has never really been an issue for me because most restaurants are pretty good with allergy information in the US. In the next coming months I'm looking to go to Europe, probably in countries where I do not speak much/any of the language. Anyone have any advice or tips about navigate cuisine.
I know this may seem a juvenile question, but it can be quite scary not knowing how to figure out whats in your food.
