Currently looking at Bali (specifically Semiyak, Ubud and Canggu), but welcome any other input! Specific regions / towns / places that you love are more than welcome - as are general recommendations.

Ideally I'm looking for a mix of beautiful nature, hiking, beaches and a vibrant town/cultural scene with temples or the like. I don't care where, as long as it is within 4-5 hours flight from Hong Kong.

One thing to consider: I don't have a drivers license.
