Working Holiday Visa (New Zealand) With a Criminal Record

Hey guys, not sure if this is the best place to post it, but you guys have been extremely helpful in the past.

A few years ago I applied for a WHV for Australia and was granted.

I have had 1 conviction since which was for being drunk in a public place. (£100 fine)

My other convictions are;

1. Possessing offensive weapon in public place on 11/04/09. Conviction Date 17/07/2009. Disposal - Reprimand

2. Driving a motor vehicle with excess alcohol on 14/01/2012 Conviction Date 17/01/2012 Disposal - Disqualified from driving for 30 months, and 6 weeks curfew

3. Possessing offensive weapon in public place and affray on 11/04/2011 Conviction date 20/06/2012 Disposal - Suspended Imprisonment 16 weeks wholly suspended for 12 months, Unpaid work requirement 80 hours, restraining order and court costs of £750

4. Damage Property (value of damage £5000 for less) 10/12/2011 Conviction date 16/02/2012 Disposal - 10 Days Probation, 12 months not to enter named area, 12 months not to contact individual. Compensation of £408

As you can see I have a suspended sentance but never actually went to prison for any of these offences.

My question is, is New Zealand harder or easier togain a WHV than Australia

Also I wrote a big statement which goes into detail about how each conviction happened. Do you think this will help me by being honestly and explaining or do you think it is better to just give them my convictions as I have put here as some times it is better to be slightly vauge to not make the convictions sound worse than they are.

Thanks guys.
