So basically next week I'm travelling to NZ for 6 months minimum with a WHVisa. Upon my arrival I'm going to stay in a backpacker hostel and it's going to be my first time. I'm travelling solo of course (that's why I'm writing in this sub :P). I know almost nothing about backpacker hostels. Like, I know there's a kitchen where I can cook, but can I store the food I buy somewhere, for example? I'd like some serious tips from experienced people as I'm quite nervous for this totally-out-of-the-comfort-zone new experience. Thank you!
