Any way for us to travel to Boston alone?
Hi. Me and my friend would love to go and attend an event in Boston in late January. We would be flying in Thursday afternoon and flying out Sunday evening, arriving back in London early morning. We are both 17, he’s eligible for an ESTA and I have a valid B-visa. Because of our ages, we doubt it will be possible but we hope to find a way.
We know in order to go through immigration and customs in the US we need notarised letters of our parents consent. That’s not an issue. The real issue has proven to be booking a hotel. I’ve searched online with no luck, nearly all require you to be 18 or 21(???). Is there any way we would be able to check in to a hotel?
We could of course get an adult to go with us but that would drive the cost up, they work and everything. Is there any way to avoid this?
Thanks
