Accommodations with a view in Luang Prabang?
Hi all! I am looking into a trip to Luang Prabang (maybe in February/March) and I am trying to find accommodations that have a nice river view from the room. Hoping to spend no more than $100 per night.
I didn't think this would be such a challenge to find on my own since there seem to be quite a few places right on the river! But I'm finding that the hotel pictures either don't show off a view, or the ones that do are pretty far from town.
I would really appreciate any recommendations you have!
As a side question.. I am considering spending about 10-12 days there. Thoughts on if that is too much time for one spot? This is very much a "get away to clear my head and enjoy the scenery" type of trip so I don't necessarily need to be "doing" something every day. But I can't shake the feeling that I might be missing something by not hopping to another location while I'm in the region.
This trip planning is very much in its infancy so I apologize for not being more specific, but happy to answer follow up questions for anything I left out!
