UK and EU short term SIM help
Hi folks, I'll try to keep it short and sweet.
I have a dual SIM phone and already have an EE prepay SIM handy from a visit last month to London. The data pack is gone now but the SIM can of course be topped up. My question is which plan should I get for roaming?
I will be in London for just a week, then Germany for two weeks. I mainly just need data for directions, looking up info, whatsapp etc. and minimal minutes/texts. Is there a simple plan that will allow me to use the same prepaid pack in London and across Germany as a U.S. resident?
I've read there are new laws about registering prepays with local UK/EU addresses to allow the "roam like home" features, so I'm concerned I won't be able to silly top up on arrival to activate this SIM. (Or is 3 Three a much better solution?)

Edit: I have read the sidebar on Sims, just not clear on the 'use in UK for a week, then use in EU for two weeks without fees' part as a visitor
