I have 4 weeks and want to go to the Philippines, should I also include another destination?

My wife & I are travelling yearly from Israel to another location for 4 weeks, so far we've been in:

1) Vietnam + Thailand

2) All across Italy

3) All across the Dominican Republic (mostly a trip, only spent 4 nights at a resort in the end)

4) A coast to coast road trip in USA.

We liked the Dominican Republic and Vietnam the most, and now we just got married and are looking towards the Philippines as our honeymoon trip, our flight departs on Sep 25th and arrives back in Oct 22nd.

We like to do all the usual attractions, short trekking, challenges, unique stuff to do in the country we're visiting, and also a little bit of relaxed vacationing/resorts.

My wife and I are still doubting that maybe we should take 1 week out of the trip and visit another destination while we're already in the area, such as Taiwan, Somewhere in Japan, South Korea etc...

Any personal recommendations on that part? should we focus the entire 4 weeks in the Philippines or also pay a short visit to one of these destinations?

I'll appreciate any input !
