Brussels/Bruges or Bratislava/Vienna?
Which is the better option? I get to Budapest the 31 of August and leave from Krakow the 9th of September. I don't think I want to spend all my time in just those 2 places. I tend to get bored of places fairly easily. So here are my current options:
- From Budapest I would fly to Brussels Sept 4 at 6:30 am. I would land at the Chareloi airport, which is 1 hour from Brussels city centre. Flight costs £41
then
- Brussels Chareloi Airport to Krakow on Sept. 6 at 6:15 am for £16.
or
-
Budapest to Bratislava Sept 4th via train for 5 euros. I'm thinking of getting there around 12pm and spending the day there.
-
Bratislava to Vienna Sept 5th via train for 19 euros. Get there in the morning and spend the day there
-
Vienna to Krakow via over night train on the 5th for 80 euros
I was planning to do Brussels 4th-6th with one day in Brussels and the next in Bruges, but I started to question whether this was the right plan. Mainly because of how early the flights would be and how far the airport is.
Thoughts?
