it’s an 800 mile trip there and back, and i’ve sort of only had my truck secondhand for a few months now. i know it needs an oil change, but what else?

something that concerns me the most is the engine overheats, coolant has helped a lot but it still idles past 200 if i’m parked with the engine on or in the drive thru. idk. it’s usually pretty fine and goes back below 200 when i’m driving.
