First Roadtrip Ever.... Tips and Advice?

Hey guys,

I (20M) recently got an internship in Tucson Arizona and, planes being a generally bad idea, I'm going to drive there from my home in Massachusetts with my girlfriend (20F). This is my route:

I've only been outside of New England several times and plan to do this roadtrip in 4-5 days. Any tips, specifically on avoiding COVID or being trapped in a car with a significant other for many hours a day? Any good food places I should order from in Nashville, Memphis, Dallas, Forth Worth, El Paso, or any other cities on the route? Any good rest stops, sites to see (that are open during COVID times), or places to hike along the way? Anything I should know about I-40? I'll be taking the northern route back when I finish my internship, so I won't be passing by again.

Also I'll probably be taking the Tappenzee rather than the GW because everyone should do that, so that might take another hour or two. Thanks for the help!
