Hey everyone. I’m planning to do a trip around South America by motorcycle next summer (May to July). Patagonia I’m guessing is out of the question since it would be mid winter over there, and with a motorcycle, no thanks. I’m having issues planning the route (I know it’s still a long way from now but I like planning ahead). I was thinking to fly into bogota, then Ecuador, Peru and all the way to Santiago de Chile. From there to Buenos Aires and then head north to Rio de Janeiro and fly out from there. Are two months enough time to do all that? (Of course that includes visiting all the mayor cities and sites like Machu Picchu, salar de Uyuni, Iguazú falls, each country’s capital cities and some secondary cities, etc.)

Is this viable? Is there a better itinerary for South America by motorcycle in 2 months? Other things I should consider? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
