i have a 2012 nissan altima 2.5s, and i bought it as my first car when it had 98,000 miles on it and by the time i'll do this road trip it'll be around 115,000 it has never failed on me only except when a battery died but thats completely normal for that to happen it has gotten regular oil changes

im looking on driving from texas to canada to go visit family for 2 weeks, in total about 5000 miles, 90% of it will be highway miles, and i will be going by myself

is this a good idea? what should i do to prepare?
