I'm pretty open to all types of travel. I was leaning towards driving west through the mountains of NC, Tennessee, and Virginia, and doing some hiking. I wouldn't be opposed to driving North or South but I feel like there would be less to do for a solo traveler with stuff closed due to Covid. The road trip will happen within the next few weeks.
