ADVICE: A friend and I are doing Joshua Tree>Big Bear>Santa Barbara>Big Sur. Any tips of places to stay, especially for the campground spots, would be appreciated!
Title pretty much says it all. A friend and I are doing a multicity trip in a few months (we are aware that COVID could complicate things), and we've never been to any of the places we're planning on visiting before.
We'd like to rent an RV or camp at the various camping destinations (JT, Big Bear, Big Sur), and I'm seeing a ton of really great seeming options for campgrounds online. I was just wondering if anyone in a community like this had any recommendations for places to check out.
For Santa Barbara, we also don't know what to do and there's not a ton of info online that stands out to me haha. Anything on the beach or in the mountains that comes with a good recommendation would be great I'm sure.
