CROSS-CANADA TRIP during COVID-19
Hi everyone!
We’re a family of four planning our first ever extensive road-trip from Alberta to Ontario......during COVID-19. We’ve been taking social distancing and lockdown seriously, but due to complicated and personal reasons, we must make it back to our hometown this summer ( quarantining upon arrival)
Since flying is a big risk, we’ll be driving a minivan and planned to spend our nights in a family size tent at campgrounds along our route.
That was before we realized that campgrounds are obviously closed too. We’re not too hot about hotels either.
If all goes well, we’ll only be spending 4 nights on the road. I’m looking for any tips on how to look for places where we can still pitch a tent along our route for some half-decent 8hr shut-eye.
Thank you!
