I'm planning for a 5-6 day (6-7 nights) trip to Norway towards Oct end. Mostly for Northern lights and few activities to keep me engaged if I ended up unlucky. I've been to Oslo/Bergen/flam on a previous visit so this time around it's only a toss up between Tromso and Lofoten. Tromso is the obvious choice but I've been wanting to visit Lofoten for a while (want to photograph snow covered town; with northern lights if possible)My question, should I split my time between Tromso and Lofoten? Or should I just stay in Tromso and explore whatever that part of the world has to offer?
