Is there any solo traveller group trip for young people over the Christmas period in Europe?
This is very specific, I know! I have my first shot at freedom (strict parents) and free time this Christmas to New Years. I’ve been spending the holidays alone in a big city for the past two years and it has been really miserable. I would love to travel, but I don’t want to do it alone as like I said the holiday season by myself makes me feel unhappy. Also because it’s my first solo trip (and bearing in mind my strict parents means I have had very little exposure to the outside world!), it would be nice to ease into it with many things taken care of for me.I’m thinking of something along the lines of contiki trips - for young people, over Christmas and New Years. I’m ideally trying to keep the upfront cost under £1000, and maybe if I work enough by then I can afford to do more add ons.I’m hoping to definitely cover Christmas to New Years (so 25th-1st), but I wouldn’t mind if it started a bit earlier.I’ve looked by myself but all I have found are the big companies - contiki, g adventures, intrepid - and they haven’t got anything that fits me yet!
