Paris hostel recommendations?

Hi solo travelers!I'm heading to Europe for three months. This is my first solo trip and I can't wait to get started. I've booked most of my accommodation, however I would like some suggestions for Paris. I've been looking at reviews on many different websites (booking.com, hostel world, trip advisor, etc) and I'm struggling to find a place I want to stay in due to many polarizing reviews. I've actually tried to book some AirBNB's which have been close to hostel prices, however three hosts in a row have cancelled my booking. I'll be staying in Paris for around 6 nights in November. Here's some of my criteria:Price - I'm hopefully looking to stay somewhere for about 20 - 30 euro a night ($35 - 50 AUD, $25 - 35 USD) as I'm trying to backpack on a budget. I could squeeze in a little more if it's worth it.Security - it would be nice to have a locker big enough to fit my backpack (55L). A small locker for valuables would suffice if that's all they provide.Kitchen - being able to cook my own meals would allow me to budget better. If this isn't available, budget food options inside or around the hostel would be OK.Vibe - I'm 25 and by no means completely of my element when it comes to a cheeky party or sesh. However, I am a little older and would love some rest and relaxation at some point. Somewhere with a more chilled out but social vibe would be cool. I'd rather not stay in a party-only hostel.Location - I love to walk so location isn't too much of an issue. I can also take public transport. I would prefer somewhere which is somewhat safe I guess.I would love to hear some suggestions of where you guys and girls have stayed in the past. Cheers! via /r/solotravel https://ift.tt/2K6ZCNk
