Last Minute Changes, Any Advice on Getting Around in Granada, Spain?

Hello all!​I (21F) leave for my first solo trip on Monday, a three-day trip to Spain. I'm absolutely thrilled. I'm staying in Malaga, with a day trip to Granada to see the Alhambra, a major life dream of mine. I booked my tickets to the Alhambra ages in advance. Chose a 12.00pm tour, and then a 8am-9.45am bus to Granada to give me plenty of time to arrive.​However, yesterday, I received an email from the tour company that the tour had been changed to 9.45am. Stressed, I changed my bus to the earliest one I can get from Malaga -- the 7.00am that gets me to Granada at 8.45am, only giving me an hour to make my tour assuming nothing goes wrong. My main question is just how easy is it to get around to Granada/get to the Alhambra? Would it be simple to find and catch a taxi from the Granada bus station? And how reliable are the Alsa buses overall?​Thanks for any help and suggestions. I'm a little nervous for my first solo trip, but I'm a semi-experienced traveler, so I think I'll be alright.
