Forgot luggage on greyhound bus
Yes, as the title says, that was my massive fuck up from tonight. A 4 hour total delay on the bus getting to the station was a massive headache, and on top of that an 8 hour bus ride to santa cruz was nothing but hell. Out of my own stupidity and exhaustion (really hating myself for this one...) I left one of my bags on the bus. I called the customer support line, but it was too late for someone to pick up and I'm going to call again in the morning.A few questions: 1. Is the likelihood of the luggage being stolen high? The bus arrives at its final destination in a few hours. 2. If greyhound keeps my luggage till the end of the ride and gives it to the station(?) at the final destination, can I go to that station and claim it from there, or is the baggage claim form all I can use? 3. in anyones experience, how long does the lost baggage claim take to be processed, and will I be getting my luggage any time soon?Thanks to everyone who answers in advance.
