Campsites that allow entry after hours?
My wife and I did a road trip with our camper van from Orlando to California last month and another to Erie pa last week. We found it very frustrating that so many campgrounds are closed up after 10pm and don’t allow entry. We ended up having to get a motel room instead. I was wondering if there’s a list out there somewhere, or maybe someone has a few tips on where to stay along i95 up the east coast, or i79, i77, i40? I can add chewalla lake recreation area in Mississippi and tsali campground in North Carolina to the list. Both are easily accessible at all hours. Just drop your money in the box and pick a site. Any others?
