Would you travel 18+ hours for a 9 day trip?
I’m curious about where people draw the line for how far they’re willing to travel and the minimum amount of time to stay and make it worth it.
I’m wrestling with wether I should book another trip this year. I’ve just recently returned from Europe and have a week in the Caribbean planned with my boyfriend, but I still have PTO to spare.
I could go back to Europe in late August, but because of work schedules, I could only go for 9 days. Lose a day for jet lag, so really only a little over a week. I would love to go, but my common sense is telling me I already have fun trips planned this year and should be a little more responsible instead of shelling out another $1200 for a plane ticket alone.
So how often do you guys travel, and what’s the minimum amount of time you need to stay to be worth it?
