Wellness retreat recommendations?
Has anyone been on a wellness retreat? Where did you go, and how did you like it? A years and a half ago, I booked a Bali Goddess retreat week. When I woke up on the morning I was to fly out, i had notification that a volcano erupted and Depasar airport was shut down. :( Obviously, the trip was cancelled. I’ve decided to try again, but as I was just in Southeast Asia a few weeks ago, I’m hoping to find something that doesn’t require a 14-hour leg (flying from SFO) and it doesn’t have to be yoga-oriented, though it’d be a major plus. Would love to hear your recommendations and experiences!!
