So, me and my cousin travel a lot, we always go on roadtrips everywhere whenever we want. This time it was December 2017 when we decided to go on a roadtrip to California, this isn't the first time we take a roadtrip to Cali. We live in Virginia. Back in the summer of 2016 we took a trip to Utah, then in summer of 2017, I took a trip to Washington State all by myself because my causing wasn't available to go with me. My destination was Idaho, Coeur D'Alene Idaho, but from there to Washington state border line was pretty close, so I contacted a friend who lives in Spokane WA, and I told her i'd come visit because I was in the area she said yes. Coeur D'Alene to Spokane was only one hour away so I really wanted to go because I had never been to WA State. Then again in December of 2017 me my cousin and I decided to go on a roadtrip to Cali, so we did. We both live in Virginia but at that time he was in New Jersey so I picked him up from New Jersey and started hour roadtrip to Cali, we drove all the way there and on hour way back we stopped by Arizona and Kansas visiting some family. Now this is where it will get a little weird and creepy; again in December of 2018 we took another roadtrip to Cali, this time it was me my cousin and his girlfriend, this time we left from Virginia, we drove to Chicago, from Chicago we drove to Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, then from there we drove to Yellowstone Park, then from there we drove to Washington Seattle, then we went to Crater Lake in Oregon, and finally we drove to Cali. Our plan was to drive to Arizona again to go visit our family, and stop by Vegas on our way to Arizona. So we left Cali, I put the address to Vegas, when we arrived to Vegas it was like 3:00 in the morning my cousin was asleep and I tried to wake him up but he wouldn't wake up, I was really pissed because I wanted to go walk around, but he wouldn't wake up, so I put the address to Phoenix, that's where our family lives. After driving for like 3o minutes I noticed I was low on gas, I saw a gas station at the distance, I saw the sign that said "gas" next right, so I took my next right, but it wasn't an exit, it just took my to a different road, I was really mad because my cousin didn't wake up back in Vegas, I really needed to pee, and now the "exit" I took to go get gas wasn't as exit. So I said I will just turn back around on the next clear space I see between the road, so I can go get gas and get back on the highway I was driving before I took the "exit". I finally see a clear spot to do a U-turn, but right before I did the U-turn I put my high beams and I noticed it was like mini down hill with a lot of lose gravel, I drive a sedan and my car is really low to the ground I knew if I tried to do a U-turn there I was going to get stuck, and It was 3:30 in the morning in middle of no where, so I decided to keep going, after like 5 minutes of driving in that road I came to a light, I stopped to make a U-turn, while I was waiting for the light to turn green I went into my GPS and change the route to the one that I was driving before, then I noticed that my GPS was telling me that if kept going on the new road it was one hour faster then the highway I was on before, I thought it was pretty strange, so I decided not to the U-turn and just keep going on the road that I was already on. I kept driving till we finally found a gas station, I parked my car and immediately ran inside to use the bathroom, they didn't had one, I was so mad, so I left and didn't pump gas in that gas station, we still had like a quarter left, but I noticed a lot of signs saying to fill up the tank and to get food and water because I assume there was not gonna be any gas stations for miles after that last town where we stoped at. So I kept driving and I noticed there was a rest area, I really needed to pee, and my cousins girlfriend needed to use the bathroom as well, so I exit, this rest area was fairly away from the main road, there was no cars, and it was super dark, at first I didn't think of anything because we have had stopped in rest areas like that one before. for some reason I turned my car off so it was darker now without the headlights on. The women's bathroom was first, my cousins gf open it and it was locked, I was like "wtf" so I went to the men's bathroom and it was locked too. I was "F0ck it" I will just pee here, after all there was no other cars and it was dark as hell, and there was nothing around the rest area it like in middle of nowhere, I saw my cousin and gf left I thought they went back inside the car, while I taking a pee, I heard something moving in the bushes and a sound that I will never forget, I don't know how to describe this sound, but this sound I have never heard in my life or at least not in real life, this sound I have only heard in scary movies like extremely f0cked up scary movies. When I heard it moving and heard the sound I put my penis inside my pants and ran like if there was no tomorrow and I creamed "yoooo" and I got in my car, I noticed my cousin was not in the car I started to freaked out and locked the doors and turned the car, as soon as I locked the doors I heard my cousin running towards the car so I unlocked the doors, they got in and I drove off like a maniac. I told my cousin what I had heard, he told me they went into the empty parking spaces to pee, and he had also heard the sound but that he didn't think of anything until he saw heard me scream and running, like if something or someone was chasing me. We turned around and we decided not to go to Phoenix anymore, we were heading back to Vegas. My phone is connected to my car, so it tells me where I my cars has last been parked. So we looked it up on Google maps, the location where my car had last been parking which was the rest area, but the creepy thing is that on Google earth it was showing that there was no rest area there, it was only showing land, not even a building we also pulled up Google satellite but also it was only showing land, there wasn't no building or rest areas anywhere around where we stopped at the "rest area" we were freaking out we couldn't believe it that we had just stopped at an imaginary rest area, and that sound Hullie F0kin Sheet, I just wonder what that was, like how did that even happened, how did all three of us saw something that there was not there. Then we looked up animal around the area and play their sound but none of them sounded like the sound we heard that day, but even if it had been animal, how was it even possible that we stopped at place that wasn't there. But yes that is what happened and it was truly scary.
