My first month itinerary in central/ eastern europe!

I'm very lucky to be able to spend 3 months in central/eastern europe traveling next year. I'll start on September 8th, where I will be flying into Paris.

Here is a rough outline of how I want to spend my first month. Keep note that everything is subject to change, I will go with the flow of traveling, and if an opportunity comes up, I won't be afraid to take it (even if it extends my stay in one place or takes me out of another)

Poland Total time: 2 weeks

Krakow: 4-5 days

Warsaw: 2-3 days

Gdansk: 2-3 days

Poznan: 2 days

I'm slightly worried I'm giving myself too much time in each city if I stay for the maximum amount of time, but since my trip is so long I'm not overly concerned about missing countries and I want time to really absorb the atmosphere and culture of poland.

Croatia

Croatia is next on my list, and I feel like late September/October will be the perfect time for visiting.

I know it's advised to stay on the ground as much as possible for solo travelers- and it is very possible to make my way from poland -> czech republic -> austria -> hungary -> croatia... But I REALLY want to visit Hzar while the island is as active as possible (I would hope to get there by the end of september).

I would like to fly into Split and start croatia in Hzar. Below is an outline of where I want to go in Croatia:

Hzar: 4 days

Dubrovnik: 3 days

Split: 2-3 days

Krka National Park: 2 days

Zadar: 2 days

Plitvice Lakes: 2 days

Zagreb: 2 days

After I've seen Croatia, I want to visit Ljubljana, Budapest, Vienna, and Prague. It will be peak-autumn by then so all of those places should be incredible.

What do you think, am I making a mistake by flying to Croatia to rush to see Hvar? I know i'll probably spend a decent amount of money on the flight which I could save, but it would mean seeing a more lively Hvar and seeing Ljubljana, budapest, prague, and vienna in peak autumn, so the $100-150 extra dollars would be worth it to me. Thanks for your input, and I can't wait for the trip! I'll probably post later as well when I have all 3 months mapped out.
