I have a shit 10 hour layover & then basically a full day layover right after -- does anyone have advice ?

My trip over the course of a month:

NYC > Lyon > Krakow > Warsaw > Tel Aviv > Geneva > NYC

Everything in the beginning of my travels has direct flights and is rather easy until I need to fly to Geneva from Tel Aviv. I will have a 10 hour layover overnight in Paris. Then when I arrive in Geneva (at 5:10 ugh) I will only have one day (I don't care much about visiting Geneva, I've been there a million times to flight back to France to visit family, these were basically the easiest connections to be made) -- and I fly back to NYC the next day at 6:00 (ugh and will have a layover in Montreal).

Yeah, it will be crazy exhausting, but it was the cheapest way back. I figure in Paris I'll just curl up in the airport for 10 hours until my next flight (and try to be as comfortable as possible..). Though, I am unsure what to do when I get to Geneva... its like, plenty of time to go somewhere and get food, but is it worth spending the money on a hostel for one night? I suppose I could get a hostel and sleep during the day, but I have to get up anyway so early to get my flight. I guess it also depends on the proximity of a hostel to the airport.

Should I suck it up and spend another night in the airport? What do you think the best solution is so that I can not feel like I am dying within an airport time vortex? Also: if anyone has any suggestions for potential hostels (if you think I should just do that) & maybe easy/nottooexpensive/nottoofar/good food places to go to during these layovers, that would be nice.
