How do you maintain healthy habits when traveling long-term?
I find it very difficult to maintain habits like running, meditating, doing yoga, push-upsa and sit-ups when I am traveling. I stay in hostel dorms, which makes finding a place for those things more difficult. Also, I´ll eat less healthy food and generally find less time for myself.
How do you deal with this? Any tips or experiences?
