1 week in Denmark and Sweden
In the early stages of planning a trip to Denmark and Sweden, only thing locked so far are flights - landing in Copenhagen 20th June and taking a late flight from Stockholm on the 28th. Plans are open so far and the only places I've confirmed to be for a couple of days is naturally Copenhagen and Stockholm obviously. I'm interested in checking out a museum or two in each town/city I visit (e.g. Vasa in Stockholm), grab local food and drinks (maybe even try surstromming once lol) and possibly hang out with local Danes and Swedes.
That said, I'm also open to enjoying the outdoors as I'm an avid hiker and camper although I'm not sure if time permits that, especially considering how far Swedish Lapland is from Stockholm. Multiday hikes like Kungsladen is definitely out of the question given time constraints.
Any suggestions on any places I should go check out? Default plan is to spend a day trip in Malmo and at least two in Gothenburg as well although that is open to changes.
