Split, Croatia or find another city due to long layovers?
Hey everyone, first time traveler to Europe this summer for 2.5 weeks from late June - mid July. I’m in a bit of a dilemma because I initially had Split as one of my top cities to visit but I also don’t want to lose an entire day during a layover to Turin, Italy. This is my itinerary so far:
- Berlin (3 days)
- Lärz (3 days - Fusion Festival)
- Split (3 days)
- Turin (3 days - Kappa Futur Festival)
- Barcelona (3 days)
- Ibiza (3 days)
A lot of flights from Split to Turin either have really long layovers or really expensive at this point and taking a bus/train isn’t going to be any faster. I was thinking of finding another alternative city in place of Split but wanted to see if it’s worth going anyway, any advice?
