Road trip from SF!!
Hello,
I have ten days with my long distance boyfriend for our last time in CA for at least a year. He will be here May 1-11th. We have to be in Berkeley on the 7th because of a 4 hour commitment I have that is midday. The commitment on the 7th is killing me because if it weren't for that, I know we could do so much more!
Our current plan is: May 2nd-6th road trip, and the 8th-11th yosemite.
Looking for advice for a road trip leaving from SF/Berkeley early May 2nd, and arriving back in Berkeley on the morning of May 7th.
Interested in either going north and seeing Shasta/trinity, lost coast, and Lassen or going south
and seeing big sur, maybe SLO and santa barbara.
Really considering just getting an airbnb in a nice location like Dunsmuir and making day trips to a bunch of places, as opposed to a new airbnb each night...thoughts? I really want to stay in an airbnb because we will camp in Yosemite and I dont want to camp the entire time he is here.
Open to basically any advice because we are both indecisive and there are honestly just too many options!!
