I'm considering going to Orlando this summer, between mid-June until August.

I've lived in Miami before, so I'm not all that interested in FL. As for the rest of the US, I might make 1 day stop in New York.

I'm more interested in visiting the nearby countries. The aim here is to visit as many countries as possible within the vicinity of Orlando. I've looked at googlefligts, and it would seem that Panama City and Mexico City are good candidates in terms of price and distance. Maybe there would be a good place to go from Orlando -> Panama City -> some other country? -> back to Orlando.

I'm also interested in going to some of the nearby island countries, like Haiti, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Cayman islands, Jamaica. However, covering all of these would be expensive... Is there some cheap ferry alternative which goes from Orlando (or someplace nearby) to multiple islands?
