So I have a business trip in mid June 2019 for about 2 days in Cartagena, Spain. I have decided to take a week before the trip off as a personal vacation. I want to spend the week in South of Spain, e.g. Murcia Region and round about it. Which places are recommendations?

I will most likely fly into and out of Alicante. I would like to take road transport to visit the places and hostels to crash at night.

Budget is not an issue close to ~600€ inclusive of everything. I have heard Murcia isn't very expensive except for Alicante.
